This recording was made by the poet in his home on 13 April 2020 and featured as one of the poems chosen for the 2017 April is Poetry Month annual poetry exhibition run by The Limerick Writers’ Centre.
It is the seventh poem in Patrick Stack’s second collection, Rage (Revival Press, 2017). The poem was composed in memory of poet Peter Kay who was a close friend of the poet, and who died at his home in Ennis on Christmas Eve 2016.
