i begin to realise that awareness is what matters - when the body would awaken from its slumber from the numbness of existing in a cottonwool limbo in which most of mankind is caught up, from the half-life indifference to which most are condemned for most of the time and i know that no good can possibly come from the mad heedless rush to oblivion from the frenzied attempts at escape from the moment to a past no more real than memory or a future that doesn't exist, all of which stems from a lack of awareness
